Veterinary software for practices, clinics and hospitals Many clinics.
One treatment history.
Software for vets in which reception, the consulting room, hospital, inventory and billing work on the same data. A record created in one clinic is visible in the next, and the owner has advice and reminders in an app.
- In the browser, on computer and phone
- Also works without internet
- No server at the clinic
- A Polish company, wholly Polish-owned

Figa
Four clinics in one year. In each of them, the vet had the whole earlier history in front of them.
One parameter, the whole history.
The chosen parameter is shown as a trend over time, with the reference range and every result. Tests done at other clinics count too.
The owner knows what to do at home.
After the visit, the owner has the course of treatment, medicines and advice with the dosing schedule on their phone. When a dose is due, a reminder arrives, the owner ticks the dose off and the vet can see whether treatment is going to plan. An owner who speaks another language reads all of this in their own language, even when the vet writes in a different one.
A hospital stay run as a hospital stay.
Admission creates one hospital visit with daily sheets inside it. Every parameter is shown as a trend across the whole stay, and each further day is added to the bill by itself.
The vet describes only what is abnormal.
A normal examination does not need describing. The vet enters the measurements and their own notes, and the template fills in the rest.
That is how much time the vet saves per visit, depending on how many features they use.
The vet speaks, the visit record fills in.
The vet app includes the duty shift, the patient queue and the visit record. The vet can dictate the history, diagnosis and advice, and the text goes straight into the patient record.
The apps for vets and for pet owners are on the App Store and Google Play.
Cloud software that also works without internet.
When the connection drops, the desktop program and the vet app keep working. Once the internet is back, everything you have saved goes into the system by itself.
A group, a branch or a second clinic on one account.
You switch location with one click, without a second password. A vet who works in several places has one account and one rota, and each location has its own inventory, invoices and statistics.
Treatment history can be shared before the first visit.
The owner does not have to come to a new clinic or sign consent forms there for the vet to learn about earlier treatment. The clinic sends an access request to the owner’s app, and the owner decides whose records to share. The vet sees tests and treatment from other clinics before the patient walks into the consulting room, and without that consent a clinic sees only what it has entered itself.
Diagnoses, visit notes, medicines and doses, test results, vaccinations and advice.
Prices and billing, internal notes, templates, the rota and HR data.

How is VetiCloud different from ordinary veterinary software?
Typical software is installed on the clinic’s computers and keeps the data on site. VetiCloud works in the cloud: the patient record is shared between the clinics in the system, the owner has an app with advice and reminders, and updates arrive by themselves.
Will other clinics see my prices and clinic data?
No. Only the medical records are shared. Prices, billing, internal notes, templates, the rota and HR data stay in your clinic.
Who decides whether the treatment history is shared?
The pet owner. Before another clinic can see the history, the owner has to give consent. Without it, a clinic sees only what it has entered itself.
Does the software work on a Mac, on Windows and on a phone?
Yes. VetiCloud works in the browser on Windows, macOS and Linux computers and on iOS and Android phones. You need no installation and no server at the clinic.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The desktop program and the vet app keep working. Everything you save without a connection goes into the system once the internet is back.
Will you move our data from our current software?
Yes. We move your patient records from your current software free of charge and tidy them up along the way, so the mess from the old system does not come across to VetiCloud.
