Veterinary consultation records From history to advice
in one window.

In VetiCloud the record of a veterinary visit is written in one form, from the history through the clinical examination to the advice, and the dosing schedule goes to the owner’s app.

  • 5 clinical calculatorsin the visit record, from drug dose to drip rate and transfusion volume
  • History before the visitthe owner answers the questions at home, and the answers wait in the visit details
  • Dose reminderin the owner’s app, at the times set out in the dosing schedule
How it is today

A visit is time with the patient, and then often as much again at the keyboard. A normal examination typed out from scratch every time, a dose worked out on paper from body weight, advice explained to an owner who forgets half of it on the way to the car. A mistake in the dose or in the dosing schedule later comes back as a phone call from home.

With VetiCloud

In VetiCloud the clinical examination template has normal values filled in, so the vet changes only the measurements and whatever is abnormal. The owner gets the advice with the dosing schedule in the app, with reminders at the dosing times. Calculators, the prescription and consent forms are in the same window as the visit record.

Visits

How it works

  1. 01

    History taken before the visit

The owner can answer the history questions at home, from a link in a message or a notification in the app. The answers wait in the visit details, so the conversation starts with the specifics.

  2. 02

    Dose calculated from body weight

A treatment kit calculates the amount of drug from the dose per kilogram and the patient’s current weight, including separate doses for dogs and cats. The vet approves the calculation, and the items go into the treatment.

  3. 03

A dosing schedule for the owner

Drugs are set out with time of day, relation to meals and duration. The owner has the plan in the app, with reminders about the next doses, and the printed advice includes a dosing calendar.

  4. 04

    Every vet’s templates

Any vet can add clinical examination templates, and the whole clinic uses them. A vet saves advice templates for themselves or shares them with the team.

In the consult room

A dog with diarrhoea and signs of dehydration

A dog with three days of diarrhoea comes into the consult room. The owner filled in the history on his phone before leaving home, so the vet already knows about a change of food and one episode of vomiting. In the clinical examination she changes only the temperature and the hydration assessment and leaves the rest from the template. In the fluid calculator she works out the deficit and the drip rate and enters the result in the treatment notes. She adds a kit with drugs calculated for 18 kg and sets out the diet in the advice. The owner leaves with the plan in the app, and the bill is already waiting at reception.

Your question is not here? Call us: +48 222 992 995

Can each vet have their own advice templates?

Yes. A vet saves an advice template for themselves or shares it with the whole clinic. Any vet can also add clinical examination templates, and the whole clinic uses them.

Can I write a prescription and a consent form without leaving the visit?

Yes. The prescription, referral and consent to a procedure are created from the visit, and the owner can sign the consent on the tablet.

Can advice be copied from a previous visit?

Yes. Next to the treatment and advice fields there is a window with the patient’s earlier visits. The content goes into the field only once you confirm, and copied drugs are added at current prices.

Can the visit record be dictated?

Yes, in the panel and in the app for vets. There is a dictation button next to the history, diagnosis and advice fields, and the text goes where the cursor is.
