Mobile app for vets Consult room, rota and home visits
on one phone.
VetiCloud Vet is a separate phone app for vets and vet nurses. It shows today’s shift and the patient queue, lets you run the visit beside the animal, including in the field with no signal, and keeps the rota from every clinic you work at.
- App Store and Google Playan app for iPhone and Android, using the account from the clinic panel App Store Google Play
- Up to 7 daysof field work without syncing with VetiCloud
- PIN or biometricslock patient records on a lost or unattended phone
A vet does not spend the day at a desk. They move from the consult room to the prep room, drive out to a home visit and check next week’s rota in the evening. The consult room computer will not go out into the field with them, and the treatment history is needed right there, beside the patient, not an hour later at a desk.
VetiCloud Vet connects to the same account as the web panel. The vet signs in with their panel email and password, and access to patient records is protected by a PIN or biometrics. The “Today” screen shows the shift and the queue, including walk-in patients from the waiting room who had no booking. Tapping a patient opens the record with long-term medication and treatment history, including from other clinics.
How it works
-
01
The visit, run beside the patient
History, diagnosis and advice are typed on the phone or dictated, and drugs are added from the price list or by scanning the code on the pack.
-
02
Code from the pack, batch in the record
The camera reads the DataMatrix code on the drug box and picks the product and batch straight away, so the record holds the batch from the pack in your hand. The app warns about an expired batch.
-
03
Field work with no signal
With offline mode switched on, the phone takes visits, patient records and the price list for the days you choose. With no signal you can register a new patient, write a prescription and take a payment, and changes are sent by themselves once the network is back.
-
04
The rota from every clinic
A month of shifts with a dot in each clinic’s colour, the team rota and shift workload on a timeline. Availability and leave are requested from the phone, and shifts can be added to the phone’s calendar.
A dog in heart failure and a flat with no signal
In the morning the vet downloaded her patients for today and tomorrow. At the owner’s flat, which has no signal, she opens the record of a dog in heart failure: long-term medication and the last cardiology visit at another clinic. She enters the history and examination, scans the furosemide pack she gives the drug from and takes the payment. On the way back the phone picks up a signal and sends the changes. Reception sees the finished visit before she is back at the clinic.
Questions and answers
Your question is not here? Call us: +48 222 992 995
Who can use the app for vets?
Vets and vet nurses with an account the clinic has set up in the panel. They sign in with the same email and password, and accounts cannot be created in the app.
Does the app for vets work without a signal?
Yes, once offline mode is switched on. The phone keeps the data for the days you choose and sends changes by itself when the network is back. It can work for up to 7 days without syncing.
Does a vet working at several clinics need several accounts?
No. They have one account and switch clinic in the app, and the day’s queue and the rota show all clinics at once.
Will the clinic owner see more in the app?
Yes. An account with management access has an Admin mode with the clinic’s current status, results and the team rota. It shows only the areas this account has permissions for.
Does the app send notifications?
Yes, for example about a new visit, a message from an owner or a change of shift. Each type has its own switch, and during quiet hours at night notifications wait until they end.
